It’s hard to progress down this path if people don’t have any faith.
Now it’s clear to all
that God’s work and people’s notions aren’t in line with each other.
God has spoken many words and He’s done so much work;
they’re out of line with human notions.
And this requires people to have faith and resolve,
so that they can stand by
what they’ve seen and gained from their experience.
Whatever God does in people, they must uphold what they possess,
and be sincere in front of God, and stay devoted to Him to the very end.
That’s mankind’s duty.
People must uphold what they should do.
Faith in God requires obedience and experience of His work.
God has performed so much work;
it could be said that for people it’s all perfection, all refinement,
and even more, all chastisement.
Not a single step of God’s work has been in line with human notions.
What people enjoy is God’s harsh words.
When He comes they should enjoy His wrath and majesty.
But no matter how harsh His words are,
He comes to save and perfect man.
Whatever God does in people, they must uphold what they possess,
and be sincere in front of God,
and stay devoted to Him to the very end.
That’s mankind’s duty.
People must uphold what they should do.
As creatures, people should fulfill the duties that they ought to,
and stand witness for God in the midst of refinement,
upholding the witness they should bear,
and it should be a resounding witness in every single trial.
This is being an overcomer, an overcomer.
