Avinu Malkeinu in English means “Our Father, Our King” is one of the main prayers within the traditional Jewish liturgy that is recited mainly during the penitential days between Rosh Hashanah the new Jewish year and Yom Kippur the day of forgiveness. Besides that it is recited after the Amidah prayer.
