Protium smart WiFi switch helps you check your home appliances status via mobile application ( iOS & Android supported) anytime & anywhere. Just simply tap on your smart phone or tablet to turn the connected appliances on/off from office, coffee shop, restaurant when you are not at home.
Schedule & timing Control
Protium smart switches enable you to set timing schedules for your home appliances or electrical devices. To do this, you just need to set the single/repeat/countdown timers on the Mobile App, then you can schedule the connected light to turn on at 6:00 pm everyday, or schedule the fan to launch at a specified time so that the house can keep cool before you arrive home.

Mobile App Configuration
Go to Smart life app → Click “+” on top right corner → Power ON the Protium Switch & reset it (Refer instruction manual to reset ) → In “Add Manually” Tab select “Electrician” section and Click “Switch (Wi-Fi)” → click “Confirm indicator rapidly blink” → Input Your wifi password (SSID will be auto selected) → Click “Confirm” → After successful adding the device, rename it as per your Choice. → Start to control now.

Alexa Configuration
Open “Alexa” App & Search Skill “Smart life” → Click “Enable to Use” → Enter Your Smart Life account Credentials → Click “Link Now” → click “Authorize” to give authorization to amazon account → After successful Linking of account Discover the devices → Start to control your devices by voice now.
Google Home Configuration
Open “Home” App & Click on “Setup Device” and select “Have Something already set up?” → Click “Enable to Use” → Enter Your Smart Life account Credentials → Click “Link Now” → click “Authorize” to give authorization to Google account → After successful Linking of account Discover the devices → Start to control your devices by voice now.
IFTTT Configuration
Open “IFTTT” App → Search “Smart Life” → Click “Connect” → Enter Your Smart Life account Credentials → Click “Link Now” → click “Authorize” to give authorization to IFTTT account → After successful Linking of account → It will show some Applets, You may choose by selecting “connect” or create new as per your choice.

Frequently Asked Question
1. Q: Cannot connect to Smart Life APP?
A: Check if the connected WiFi is 2.4GHz. If your router broadcasts 2.4GHz and 5GHz network, please completely turn off the 5GHz network by going to your router settings. The device amount connected to the router shouldn’t exceed its load.
Try to keep your switch close to your phone and router as far as possible.
2. Q: The MAC address filtering is opened on your router. How to find the MAC address of your device?
A: Turn off the MAC address filtering, connect your device to Smart Life APP. You can find the MAC address in the Device Information after successful connection.
3. Q: Cannot sync with Alexa?
A: Check if the bound Smart Life Account on Alexa APP is the same as the Smart Life APP’s. Make sure the network connection of Alexa works normally.
4. Q: Device Auto On/OFF?
A: it is because Connected Router is not configured in IPV4 internet settings, Please Re configure your router & bind the device MAC address.
5. How to Test the Device by any Other Network ?.
A: Connect Your phone to any other Phone’s hotspot network → Reset and Add the Device to Mobile app using hotspot network’s password. → After adding successfully, → Test the device working → If it works then turn off mac filtering in your wifi Router, reset and add device again with your Wifi router.
6. Q: The device cannot connect to Wifi after a period of use. How to reset the device?
A: Long press ON/OFF button for 5-7s to reset the switch until its LED starts quickly blinking.
7. Q: How to check device whether it is okay or not. ?
A: Make One Spare Mobile as Hotspot and Connect Your mobile (having Smart life app) to this “Hotspot ” Network and Reset the Switch and add device as per manual (If the device connected by this method please send your wifi Router details to
our support team they will help to bind the mac address in your router.)
Special Note:
1. 16A /20A 30A capacity of the switch is based on resistive Maximum load, If you are using inductive /or capacitive load please check the details of appliance connected to the switch before using these devices.
2. Wrong connection may cause short circuit.
