There is no long story behind this song, but definitely a short one, much like a testimony!
I wrote this song last year.
I always had an evangelical feeling in me and also being an evangelist, I carry a burden of how to save perishing souls and deliver the message of ‘Who Jesus Christ is’, ‘Where He was born’, ‘What was the purpose of His birth’?
So as I kept praying, God gave me a song which defines Christmas and so I received this song through my prayers.
I was expecting the song in Hindi, but “My Thoughts are not your thoughts nor your ways, My Ways.. .. says the Lord” (Isaiah 55:8-9). So finally as an answer to my prayers, God put this song in my mouth and I began humming Anand Zhaala and penned down the words as The Lord directed me.
